Context and scope
Some users have had issues verifying the TeleporterMessenger contract on third party explorers. We should include instructions on how best this can be done. Byte-code for the contract has changed in main since the release version, so checking out v1.0.0 is currently required.

Open questions
Are we able to generate an artifact that could be used to verify the contracts without checking out a specific branch?
