I've created the PR tier4/AWSIM#169 which adds the possibility to set the initial pose and rotation of EGO vehicle from JSON config.

Sample binary of AWSIM supporting configurability of the initial pose is uploaded here : https://drive.google.com/drive/u/1/folders/1F6McJksRRrUyqE_YB5AXN2P_N-5LLF40

3 sample configurations are attached as well. To run with selected configuration, start the application like this :
./AWSIM_Shinjuku.x86_64 --json_path ./sample_configs/config_3.json
