Describe the problem you'd like to have solved

Currently, the Auth0 provider is in the OpenTofu registry, but the PGP key used to sign releases is not. As a result, when doing a tofu init you receive a signature verification warning, complaining that the key is not in the registry. I'd like to be able to use this provider without any signature verification warnings.

Describe the ideal solution

The PGP public key for the provider releases is submitted to the OpenTofu registry
