The code itself should be compatible with PHP 8, therefore I have adjusted the PHP requirement.
The dev requirements are not yet compatible with PHP 8. I think we have to allow PHPUnit 9. This PR also updates contao/easy-coding-standard to version 3, which will be compatible with PHP 8 as soon as PHP-CS-Fixer/PHP-CS-Fixer#4702 has been merged (so probably not anytime soon 😄).
