Since we're doing semver and releasing packages, we also need a changelog file to show what has changed between versions (no, the git log is not a proper changelog).

https://keepachangelog.com/ seems to be a good practice to follow instead of creating my own snowflake.

Wait for version 1.0.0, since I'm still not considering "official" the 0.x.x releases.
