syntax highlighting: inline & block elements with a dash are highlighted incorrectly

@timfish it's a different bug.
It's because the inline and block elements that are known use are regex can't / should ignore the dash in a match. Will fix this tommorrow.

I'm using 0.2.7 and see a similar issue with existing HTML elements like label:

With the aurelia extension disabled everything looks fine. Is this a different bug?
