end2end test collection_test.dart has hard coded atsign

Describe the bug

collection_test.dart - "Model operations - unshare() and delete() test"
has hard coded atsigns in assertions.
While running tests in local with different atsigns, the test fails

Steps to reproduce

• setup local virtual environment
• in at_end2end_test/config.
  rename config12.yaml to config.yaml
  Rename atsigns to atsigns from local virtual env
• Modify at_encryption_key_initializers.dart and test_initializers.dart to read from at_demo data instead of AtCredentials
• run the end2end tests

Expected behavior

• test should pass
