Currently, clicking on the search bar searches in all resources. I think most users would want to search in their current drive.
I think we should default the scope to the current drive. When the user explicitly wants to search through all of public atomic data, they could remove the current scope. If that is difficult, we should probably remove the global search feature alltogether - I don't see a big usecase for it.
