EObjects are not correctly attached to their Resource in a fully-transient context #71

This issue has been detected in benchmarks with set4+.

When using a BoundedTransientBackend, the reconstruction of EObjects is not complete and some EObjects are not attached to their resource (XMIResourceImpl in this specific case).
