Allow user to create more note "classes" alongside Daily Notes

I'd like to be able to tag a note as, say, Person or Event or Recipe and have a toggle switch in the map view that lets me turn off a class similar to how you can turn off Daily Notes and orphans.

For example: If I take lots of notes during meetings, they will likely be linked to many topics. Over time some topics will become more heavily linked than others as well. It would be cool to exclude meetings from the map and be able to see some of the more subtle links and patterns that might be obscured by the sheer volume of meeting links
