Subject: [PATCH] Update README and POM File

Motivation:
To streamline and improve the readability of the extensive README document.

Modification:
Simplified and updated the README and POM files for better clarity and maintenance.

Result:
The README and POM files are now concise, cleaner, and up-to-date.
