Reason/Context

I would like to throw my name into the hat of consideration as a new maintainer for the converter.

With the AsyncAPI spec 3.0 release I did a bunch of stuff around the converter and know the code base pretty well by now.

I would like to help steer the converter into the future as I believe it can become a core tool used to integrate with different ecosystems.
