Hello folks,

This is going to be our last meeting of the year.

Review of Ongoing Initiatives

  • Closeout update on the online store: budget impact and next steps.

  • The AsyncAPI Awards

  • Updates on the AsyncAPI Student Ambassador Program. docs: added asyncapi student ambassador md file #1333

  • Status of merchandise distribution and feedback from recipients

  • Strategy update for 2025

Review of key metrics and campaign successes for LinkedIn and X

  • Buffer reports: highlights, areas for improvement, and engagement trends.

Discussion on the implementation of the strategy document. #1358

  • Always add marketing to any initiative/program.

Sponsor Engagement

  • Recap of sponsor involvement in the working group.

  • Strengthening collaboration with sponsors in the coming year. (Any idea?)

Hi all! I can only make it for the first 30 minutes tomorrow.

However, if that makes sense, I'm happy to talk about the launch of our AsyncAPI Cheast Sheet, which occurred during apidays Paris: https://bump.sh/blog/asyncapi-30-cheatsheet

Its content is CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 licensed. We're more than happy to get feedback from the community and improve it.

Bump.sh will cover the costs of design and printing when it makes sense to hand out hard copies. We're also happy to discuss conferences or any other event where it would make sense to ship some.
