1. Spoke about the previous AAACoT'23 and shared the review summary blog
2. Explained the sponsorship tiers and how sponsorship works; for instance,

• Host and Venue Sponsors - they host and sponsor us with the venue and catering; in some cases, they also provide live streaming.
• Financial Sponsors - they sponsor us financially to cover costs such as travel funding, swag shipping, marketing, etc.
• Swag Sponsors and Others - They sponsor us with swags or support us in various ways, but this is open for discussion.

3. Spoke about the need for contributors to contribute to the updating of the conference website and how we should aim to be done by the end of February.
