[Feature idea] Add a personal summary to the content block

It's nice to see such a good github-star management tool. I found a few things that could be optimized.

Description of repository not always can help visitor to understand what is it. Especially for visitors from non-English speaking countries.But they can use personal notes to improve the efficiency of information retrieval.

It would be even better if the user could choose whether to display the first few lines of their personal notes in a content block.
