Kestrel development requires features not available in main compiler branch (Span<> support) so we are using https://github.com/dotnet/roslyn/tree/features/readonly-ref compiler branch.

VSIX is required to be able to build repository inside Visual Studio: https://dotnet.myget.org/F/roslyn/vsix/0b48e25b-9903-4d8b-ad39-d4cca196e3c7-2.6.0.6191501.vsix
