[oak-print] Better printing of a cell

The current printed oakfile kindof sucks - an ASCII graph would be cooler.

Option 1: stacked-dag

• Examples: python and haskell
• Would have to port to javascript

Option 2: this other thing

dvc has a way to print workflows on the terminal. It's pretty complicated and requires other libraries tho
