reduce frequency of antora support prompt

I get the

"We detect that you are working with Antora. Do you want to activate Antora support?"

message with very high frequency. It is confusing to users of this extensions.

Can we reduce the frequency of this prompt?

Hey @geoffcline
You should only get this message once per workspace. Do you see it more often than that? Do you answer the question or just close the popup? Does your workspace have an antora.yml file? Did you enable Antora support in the settings?
