Should it be possible to have a device or an entity that should provide informations like:
Wiserplatform version
wiserHeatAPI version
...
in the wiserHomeAssistantPlatform?

if you put the HA logger in debug for the integration (in your configuration.yaml) when the API starts, it logs the version in use. Equally, the version of the integration is available through HACs, so not too sure of the benefit of adding this as an entity. It maybe could be added to an existing entity as attributes just not sure which one makes sense.

Will add this to the heathub signal sensor for next version.

Fixed in v3.0.23. Versions of integration and api now added to heathub signal sensor as attributes
