At this point in order to see the blog post or any other content we work on we have to build the whole website. Even though we have an image for that in place which simplifies environment setup, the build itself is still very fragile and restrictive.
We should make it more local-dev friendly, so that:
If the user doesn't have a github token in place modules and other github-relevant artifacts are not built, but the guide or a blog post for example can still be rendered properly
Interdependencies between cached data should be relaxed so when one of the services is offline (lanyrd I'm looking at you!), we still can build the webiste
