add a way to delete all user information for a given user

Goat Guardian will need to have an endpoint that deletes all of the user information for a given user.

Some companies may have terms of service that state that they delete all user information when a user deletes their account.

This endpoint should probably not be exposed to the general public.

Isn't this differ from just deactivating user accounts?
It seems no such issue about just deactivating user accounts.

This is different from just deactivating user accounts. However, you are right that goat-guardian should have a way to deactivate user accounts as well.
