Community-maintained release notes

Hi @luboslenco !

I was wondering if it would be alright with you if there was some community-maintained monthly release notes for Armory3D on the website somewhere? I wouldn't mind maintaining it on a monthly basis, but anyone would be welcome to contribute to it

I've made an example for august which lists up the pull requests for this month based on contributor and date, which is based on a UI mockup by @MoritzBrueckner: https://github.com/Naxela/armory_web/tree/gh-pages

It's fairly simple, and contains a brief description of the changes as well as a few images, which should make it fairly easy to maintain on a monthly basis. It's just an added notes.html file that I've linked on the download page and the main page:

Otherwise it could also be just limited to a link in the download page:

Possibly, this could also be posted on the forums on the releases section, if elevated rights could be provided - but that's of course only if this is okay with you. That way it could perhaps make the Armory community seem a little more active outwards.

If you don't mind, I could make a push request around the end of the month 😄
