REQUEST: Assist to update ROCm legacy docker to support recent ROCm versions

Hi, firstly, I have no idea how you've done this (yes I read the project page) but props to you!
I'm wondering if you have time/skill/interest/connections in assisting in updating these rocm/docker/pytorch container(s) to support a more recent ROCm version?

From what I can gather, GCN4 cards occupy roughly the 50th percentile of consumer cards according to Steam hardware survey.
