all pref changes:

• duplicated pref:
  • added just after the existing one (which is true) as a short term fix for those who have a problem, see FF76-77: 0709 disable_unc_paths can break extensions: see OP for solution [1634267 resolved 78] #923
  • this is fixed in 78, and the user.js will remove this duplicate some time well after 78 is out
  • so if you already added an override, get rid of it, and the user.js will take care of it for you
