Rollouts Notification Adds conditions to the default trigger

I would like to add a condition based on the value of a specific key in rollout.metadata.annotations to the default trigger on-rollout-completed. However, it seems that my syntax is not working as expected, and the trigger is not being triggered correctly. I would appreciate assistance in identifying the correct syntax or resolving any issues preventing the proper triggering of the notification.
