We noticed this issue last two days , when we tried to enable or disable the sync policy , we are getting permission denied issue.

Unable to disable Auto-Sync: <TITLE>Access Denied</TITLE>

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://argocd.uat2.shop.aircon.panasonic.eu/api/v1/applications/external-secrets?" on this server.

You need the ArgoCD RBAC configmap to have a permission for an application update to enable/disable autosync via UI.

On an unrelated note, please consider upgrading your version at least to 2.12. When bugs are reported, it's often hard to tell if a newer version fixed those already.
