Matter support for Zigbee Occupancy and Light 0/1/2 (OnOff / Dimmer / White Color Temperature)

MAJOR FEATURE

Matter Zigbee integration for Lights 0/1/2: you can now control Zigbee Light 0 (OnOff), Light 1 (simple dimmer), Light 2 (CT).

Also added:

• Occupancy sensor
• Fix crash if Zigbee returns an empty string attribute to the Berry layer

Note: Matter control of zigbee lights is compatible with Alexa Hue, you can have the same light controlled by multiple controllers.

Limitations: currently only the first endpoint light can be controlled. Plugs with multple relays are not yet supported (only the first one is accessible).
