[v1] log requests for mesh-serve

When I send a request from GraphiQL, all I see is

Describe the solution you'd like

Show more information, like the URL being called, the type of request GET / POST, and the total request time.

It would be nice to have debug logging for outgoing requests from gateway to subgraph.

Interesting information here is, URL being called, HTTP status code and/or error code in case of network error.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Fork the docker image and build my own plugin.
• Implement this on the Yoga level, so everyone benefits from it
