If screenstub can use X to determine which xrandr display it's on, it could automatically manage multiple screens, or instruct Windows to switch inputs accordingly. I'm using DisplayChanger II to do this manually with hotkeys, but it still requires restarting screenstub to select another screen to use.
Multiple monitor input handling
Absolute mouse (tablet) events stretch across all connected displays on Windows. If screenstub had multiple windows open for multiple screens at once, it needs to know the geometry and orientation of all connected monitors. So needs some way to map coordinates from each host screen to the guest screens.
