When merging archzfs/archzfs#196, scraper.sh will mostly not function any more. A notification for outdate packages should be implemented, especially while manual deployment is still in use (#6).

Optionally a new issue get's created on the archzfs github page, when packages are outdated. (and closed again after deployment)
