Adding Related Resources causes the UI to disappear in the resource editor #11395

When adding a related resource to a resource in the resource editor, the table and visualization that display the relationships will disappear.

Steps to reproduce:

Ensure that the resource model is configured to allow for relationships.
Go to the Related Resources section of the instance.
Select a Resource.
