Attempting to find record in Arches. Application Area: New Waitrose development
• Logged in as resource_viewer.
• Multiple Chrome Panes open (3).
• Clicked on one of the Chrome Pane tabs open and got Application Error:

Attempting to search Arches.
• Added Arches Server location to Chrome Pane address box
• Logged in as resource_reviewer
• Clicked on Find. Arches hanging:
• Closed ArcGIS Pro and restarted project.
• 11:52 (BST) tried to reopen Find and same issue.
• Used back button to return to Main Arches screen and opened Find through Manage. Worked okay.
• Used back button to return to Arches Main Menu and opened Find. Worked now okay.

Attempting to delete Record. Error message came up on the ‘Edit Resources’ Contents panel. Had to close Pro and restart.

Clicked on the ‘Find’ button on Arches in Chrome Pane but hung on the spinning balls of death. After three minutes clicked the back button and then the forward buttons on Chrome Pane and Arches opened. Issue occurred again 23/09/2020 15:34 (BST).

Logged in as resource_reviewer, clicked on Chrome Pane, and then Find when application error message appeared:
Clicked OK and ArcGIS Pro closed.

Logged into Arches Project as resource_reviewer. Attempting to select Records using’ Select By Location’.
Input Features: consultations_point, consultation_line and consultation_polygon
Relationship: Contains
Selecting Features: Tes_Polygon_Cityt
Ran process, and point Records selected, then ArcGIS Pro closed down an an error message popped up. No information was given in the error message about what had happened. Retried an got another error message:
Tried again and the process worked.

Error encountered when trying to view Record in Arches. Logged in as usual as resource_reviewer, and logged into Arches through Chrome Pane. All Arches consultation layers now linked:
Opened consultations_line attribute table and copied Record hexadecimal id (resourceinstanceid). Next clicked on ‘Manage’ on Arches Main Menu in ChromePane and received the following error message:
Restarted Pro and Arches as above and was able to search for Record.
The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
