During training with @chasballew, I brought up the ability to do a schema dump from Aptible without pulling production data (to definitely avoid storing PHI locally).

Thoughts?

So, a command to combine aptible db:tunnel with pg_dump --schema-only? I think that could be useful. Perhaps as an option to db:dump?

Yeah - would definitely be helpful in a bind. Or some easily accessible documentation?
