Problem statement

While trying to build a human in the loop workflow, appsmith developers face signification struggle to understand that building approval requests is possible and discover how to define and configure these requests.
The only way currently for a user to learn how to do this is if they spend time going through out documentation or going over some tutorial video.

Outcome

  • Simplifying this experience should allow users to build human in the loop workflows quickly.
  • This would improve discovery of the feature allowing users to configure them without needing to rely on documentation.
  • Borrowing from the users existing mental model, reducing the need to learn new concepts.
