[Feature]: Ability to create Sub Workspaces

Summary

Create the ability to create Subworkspaces to Workspaces that take into account how complex organizations exist in the world. For example, for a university, you would have Campuses - > Schools -> Divisions -> Departments . Subworkspaces could inherit permissions from its parent or have its own.

Why should this be worked on?

Right now, Appsmith has Workspaces -> Applications as units of development. It is a simplistic understanding / implementation of real world organizations. Creating a more sophisticated workspace / subworkspace would make it easier for developers to use appsmith to provide service to bigger organizations.
