[Bug]: Widgets overflow the width of the canvas in edit mode when Fluid width is selected

Description

• When Fluid width is selected, the widgets in edit mode extend beyond the canvas boundaries & we are able to see a horizontal scroll in the canvas.
• Also the selection of canvas size is not honoured in deploy mode.

Note: This is happening for existing git/non git apps

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to https://release-ee.appsmith.com/.
2. Edit a git /non git app and select Fluid width.
3. Now choose some other canvas size and deploy the app

Expected:

1. The behaviour should resemble that of prod wherein there should be no horizontal scroll & widgets should be confined to the boundaries of the canvas in edit mode.
2. The canvas size should be honoured in deploy mode as well

Actual:

1. We see a horizontal scroll & widgets overflow canvas boundaries.
2. The canvas size is not honoured in deploy mode.
