Strings is a writer-friendly tool for editing an app’s string files.

Save time by giving your writers controlled access to your string resources. Writers can search in-app copy and propose copy changes. Strings takes the copy changes and automatically generates a pull request for approval in GitHub.

Writers can improve the product and edit copy bugs independently. Developers avoid getting requests for string changes and having to go through design files, Google docs or JIRA tickets to copy and paste text into code.

How to get started:

1. Sign up at www.strings.design.
2. Follow the prompts to install the Strings Github app.
3. Select the repos with your copy and then select the string resources for your writers to access.
