Jcenter (Bintray) Sunsetting - Migrating to alertate repository host #4

JFrog has a plan to sunset Bintray - https://jfrog.com/blog/into-the-sunset-bintray-jcenter-gocenter-and-chartcenter/

The following artifacts currently pushes to a bintray repository, which will no longer accessible on May 1st, 2021.

eyes-android-common/
eyes-android-components-androidx/
eyes-android-components-support/
eyes-android-components/
eyes-android-core/
eyes-android-espresso/
eyes-androidx-espresso/

It would be nice to have this library in Maven Central.

This project also has a dependency on https://github.com/yongjhih/proguard-annotations/ which hasn't seen an update in 6 years. Will you rehost this dependency or remove the dependency all-together?
