Note: Topcoder member able to login successfully in Microsoft Edge 40.15063.674.0

@deepakanbarasan1 Can you see if you can reproduce this one still? We need to see if it's still an issue and get some steps to reproduce it so we can resolve it. I think it may be happening more often with SSO logins from Edge and Safari.
