The GITHUB_TOKEN is not expanded in all environments by PIP.

  • Windows OK
  • WSL OK
  • Render OK
  • Ubuntu VPS, NOT OK
    • Workaround: replace the token in the requirements.txt
    • Git Login with private repo access
