No gitpod init log

Describe the bug

Currently there is a log for the building of the workspace image which is displayed in the init terminal however now that most optional installs are handled in .gitpod.yml the workspace-image.log gets lost in a sea of output as various packages are installed, also importants messages about success and failur regardint he optional installs gets lost in the sea of output.

Expected behavior

In the init terminal after any optional installs, the file paths to workspace-image.log and gitpod-init.log should be displayed

Additional information

Currently there is no gitpod-init.log, it needs to be added.
