Describe the bug

This starter assumes a user will never have a bash directory of their own in the root of the project.
Users should be able to have a bash folder of their own if they want

Additional information

  • Put the bash folder in a .gp folder.
  • Moving as many Gitpod related files into the .gp folder as possible will make this starter less opinionated.
  • .gitpod.yml and .gitpod.Dockerfile will need to stay in the project root.
  • This is a pretty large refactor.
