Migrated from Trello

The grader could be described as a pipeline similar to that in software for continuous integration / delivery. Some preliminary stages would only fetch the student submission and make some preliminary checks; if they fail, the submission will not count as such (e.g., would be rejected). In other words, only submissions which pass the preliminary tests would be considered for grading.

This idea came from Mario / MCC course.
