Dashboard: Time picker renders off screen

Time picker renders off screen, when the filter box is on the right side of a dashboard.

Expected results

It should render to the left side of the box, so that's it's fully on screen.

Actual results

Off screen.

How to reproduce the bug

1. Go to dashboard with filter box with time picker on the right side of the dashbard
2. Click on 'date picker'
3. See it renders off screen
