Support readonly mode on DMN Editor's Boxed Expression Editor

Temporary description:

• Used on DMN Editor visualization on Chrome Extensions
  • Here it's not working properly. When clicking on a BKM or Decision node the "edit" option is available (should we rename this to something else when in read only mode for clarification? e.g. "Open in the BEE". Once in the BEE view, users can change all values. The edit button is added at kie-tools\packages\stunner-editors\kie-wb-common-dmn\kie-wb-common-dmn-client\src\main\java\org\kie\workbench\common\dmn\client\canvas\controls\toolbox\DMNCommonActionsToolboxFactory.java
• Used on DMN Runner outputs table.
  • here it seems to work properly, user can not change values in DMN Runner outputs table ✅
• Included DMN nodes, like BKM nodes
  • status to be checked ❓
