Zookeper C client fails to build on Ubuntu 18.04 because of CPPUNIT #3507

We need to add a patch similar to what is found here: https://github.com/apache/zookeeper/pull/362/files

In Ubuntu 18.04, the Zookeeper 3.4.14 source code does not compile without this fix.
