Describe the proposal

Database or BigData ecosystem have many stand-alone permission management system such as Apache Ranger and Apache Sentry, and also have many build-in permission management system like MySQL, Postgres, Snowflake etc.
There are many different in these permission management system that make it very difficult to use it.

Gravitino hope to implement unified permission management, proved:

  1. Unified permission operation interface
  2. Unified permission mode
  3. Plug-in extensibility to support more permission system
