[Improvement][UI] Make Workflow Definition dialog more wider & more shorter due to it's too narrow & too long to use comfortably

Environment:
DolphinScheduler 3.1.4, Windows 10, Firefox 111.0.1

As title, currently Workflow Definition dialog is hard to use (specialy on laptop computer), need to refine its users experience.
