The existing configuration for Maven builds should be augmented, so that users can provide CA certificates for their private Maven repositories.
The CA certificates could be provided in the form of binary secrets, that would be mounted into the builds, and passed to the Maven process.
Some details are documented in https://maven.apache.org/guides/mini/guide-repository-ssl.html.
