Based on the discussion in the pandas PR, I think we can ignore this for now (the change was that the name of a MultiIndex level was no longer available through the .level attribute, but this functionality will probably be restored)

I added it back to the 0.15.1 milestone. It's only a small change to fix this in pyarrow, and since there is still talk in pandas to deprecate it, this might make pyarrow more robust for potential future pandas changes.
